    Ruma Bose is a successful serial entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and author.
    Ruma co-authored the bestselling book, “Mother Teresa, CEO” which demonstrates the management and leadership principles that helped Mother Teresa to create one of the most successful organizations in the world. In her book, Ruma leverages the lessons she learned while working with Mother Teresa into a set of guiding principles for effective leaders.
    Ms. Bose’s business experience spans 15 years in executive roles with numerous early stage companies within the consumer industry. Currently, Ruma is a Partner at Innovator’s Fund, where her focus is on investing in emerging and disruptive business models.

    Previously, Ruma was President and co-CEO of Sprayology, an innovative wellness company selling vitamin and homeopathic oral sprays, where she successfully led the company through its first outside round of capital to accelerate the Company’s growth.

    Prior to that Ms. Bose was President at Vincent Longo Cosmetics and she also successfully co-founded and grew Finish Line Floors, a national floor care company.

    Ruma has received global media recognition for her achievements. She has been featured in The Economist, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Los Angeles Times, Financial Chronicle, Investor’s Business Daily and Smart Company.

    She has spoken at the United Nations and has delivered addresses to Heads of States and Governments, as well as CEOs and executive teams of multinational companies.

    Ruma is also an active philanthropist and has raised awareness and capital for non-profit organizations. She is passionate about mentoring, teaching and providing resources and opportunities for young people and underserved communities. In 2011, Ruma was named as a “Next Generation Change Maker in Philanthropy” by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Perspectives in Philanthropy.
